Customer Feedback Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter of this prize draw is ITP Ltd, Stillington Road, Easingwold, York YO61 3FA, UK.
2. Eligibility: This prize draw is open to existing customers of ITP Ltd aged 18 or over, except employees of ITP Ltd and their immediate families.
3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the online customer feedback form provided by ITP Ltd before the closing date. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary.
4. Closing Date: The prize draw will close at 2pm (GMT) on 5th November 2025. Entries received after this date will not be included.
5. Prize: One winner will receive a £50 Amazon.co.uk gift voucher. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
7. Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Data Protection: Personal data supplied in connection with this prize draw will only be used for the administration of the prize draw and feedback analysis, unless the entrant provides consent to receive further marketing communications. 9. General: The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel the prize draw at any time without notice. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
